Installation of Deep Well Pump

1. Before installing the deep well pump, check whether the power supply voltage meets the usage standards specified for the deep well pump.
2. The diameter of the deep well should be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the deep well pump unit, and the actual depth of the well should be measured before installation.
3. Check whether the well platform is suitable for installing manhole covers and whether it can bear the weight of the deep well pump unit and supporting outlet pipes.
4. Check whether the deep well pump unit is assembled in good condition, and remove the filter screen of the deep well pump before installation.
5. Use a multimeter to check whether the three-phase wires of the deep well pump are connected and whether the DC resistance is approximately balanced.
6. Connect the protective switch and control cabinet equipment. If the equipment is high-power, you must choose a soft-start and voltage-reducing control cabinet.
7. When installing water pipe rubber pads, make sure they are properly installed and tighten the bolts of non-water pipes evenly.
8. During installation, plastic straps or water-resistant ropes should be used to tie the cables and water pipes tightly on each section of the water pipe.
9. After installing the deep well pump, check the insulation resistance and continuity of the three conductors from the switch, and then check the instruments and starting equipment.
10. Four hours after the deep-well submersible pump runs for the first time, stop it and quickly measure the thermal insulation resistance.
11. After stopping the pump, wait ten minutes before starting it again. Do not start it frequently to avoid damaging the motor and pump parts.
12. During use, regular inspections should be carried out. If the following phenomena are found, the machine should be shut down immediately, and the machine should be operated again after troubleshooting.
13. When assembling the deep well pump sub-assembly products, remove the check valve body of the pump part and wipe the stopper of the pump connection clean.
14. The deep well pump should be inspected outside the deep well once a year.

Operation Steps of Deep Well Submersible Pump

1. Before starting the submersible pump, all outlet valves should be opened to ensure that water can be discharged normally; the outlet valve should not be closed when starting; control the outlet valve to the appropriate position; open the pressure gauge after the submersible pump runs smoothly.
2. When the submersible pump is running, observe whether the indications of the ammeter and voltmeter change significantly, whether there is any noise during operation, and the normal operating current should not be greater than the rating specified on the motor nameplate.
3. Thedeep well water pump submersible should be used within the specified flow range. The water pump flow rate must not be too large. If it is too large or too small, the opening of the outlet valve should be appropriately adjusted.
4. Operation should be stopped immediately if any of the following circumstances occur:
a. The working status of the pump has not changed; the voltage is the rated value, and the current exceeds the rated value.
b. The pump discharges water intermittently.
c. The Yang water pipe vibrates significantly and makes a rumbling noise.
d. The protection switch trips frequently.
