 (2) assembly of pump: fix the shaft and inlet section on the mounting seat I can, use the dismounting cylinder to fix the impeller and conical sleeve on the shaft, and then install the guide shell, impeller, etc., so that the flow shell, check valve, etc. are installed in turn.

 

When the motor pump department below grade eight is assembled, first, the tension nut is evenly installed between the inlet section and the contact plane of the bearing seat, the coupling, the pump shaft, the fixed stud and the locking ring are installed, and the impeller and the conical sleeve are fixed on the pump shaft with the damp packing cylinder, and the guide shell, the impeller, etc. are installed in turn. After the pump is installed, pull the pull nut, take out the gasket, tighten the tension nut evenly, and then rotate the pump from the coupling, the rotation must be uniform. It should be noted that in the process of installing the deep well pump, strictly abide by the operating procedures and safety measures to ensure safety and reliability.At the same time, it is necessary to choose the appropriate model and specification of the deep well pump according to the specific situation to meet the needs of different fields.
