Deep well submersible pump is a type of pump designed to be placed within a deep well or borehole to extract water. Unlike surface pumps that pull water from the surface, submersible pumps are submerged directly in the water, which allows them to push water to the surface more efficiently.

 

Structural Description of Deep Well Submersible Pump


1. The Deep well electric water pump unit consists of four parts: water pump, submersible motor (including cable), water pipe and control switch. The submersible pump is a single-suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump: the deep well pump motor is a sealed water-filled wet type, vertical three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor. The motor and the water pump are directly connected through a claw-type or medium-key cylinder coupling; equipped with different Specifications of three-core cables: the starting equipment is air switches and auto-decompression starters of different capacity levels, the water pipes are made of steel pipes of different diameters, and are connected by flanges. The high-lift electric pump is controlled by a gate valve.
2. Each stage of the removing submersible well pump is equipped with a rubber bearing in the diversion casing; the impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with a tapered sleeve: the diversion casing is integrated with ribs or bolts.
3. The upper part of the high-lift submersible pump is equipped with a check valve to avoid damage to the unit caused by water hammer during shutdown.
4. The upper part of the deep well motor pump shaft is equipped with a labyrinth sand preventer and two reversely assembled skeleton oil seals to prevent quicksand from entering the motor.
5. The submersible motor uses water-lubricated bearings, and the lower part is equipped with a rubber pressure-regulating film and a pressure-regulating spring to form a pressure-regulating chamber to regulate pressure changes caused by temperature; the motor windings are insulated with polyethylene, and the nylon-sheathed water-resistant electromagnetic wires and cable connections are According to the QJ type cable joint process, remove the insulation of the joint and scrape off the paint layer, connect them separately, weld them firmly, and wrap one layer with raw rubber. Then wrap 2 to 3 layers of waterproof adhesive tape, and cover the outside with 2 to 3 layers of waterproof tape or a layer of rubber tape with water glue to prevent water seepage.
6. The motor is sealed, using precision stop screws, and the cable outlet is sealed with glue.
7. There is a water injection hole on the upper end of the motor, a vent hole, and a water drain hole on the lower part.
8. The lower part of the motor is equipped with an upper thrust bearing. The thrust bearing has grooves for dry cooling. It is ground with a stainless steel thrust plate to bear the up and down axial force of the water pump.
