Deep well pump is a water lifting machine and tool that is directly connected with the motor and pump to dive into the water.  In the groundwater source heat pump air conditioning system, the water supply of a deep well pump can often meet the water supply required by two or more heat pump units.But in actual operation, it is found that the heat pump unit is running at partial load most of the time, while the deep well pump has been running at full load, resulting in a large increase in electricity and water costs.

 

 Frequency conversion speed regulation technology is widely used in pumps and fans in air conditioning systems with its significant energy saving effect and reliable control mode, and its technology is also relatively mature. But the application of deep well pump water supply in the groundwater source heat pump air conditioning system is still rare, but it is quite necessary. The pilot survey of groundwater source heat pump application in Shenyang area found that in the groundwater source heat pump air conditioning system, when the heat pump capacity is not large, the water supply of a deep well pump can meet the water supply required by two or more heat pump units.

 

In actual operation, it is found that the heat pump unit operates at partial load most of the time, while the deep well pump has been running at full load, resulting in a large increase in electricity and water.Therefore, the application of frequency conversion and speed regulation water supply technology of deep well pump in the groundwater source heat pump system has great potential for energy saving.

 

The temperature difference control method is adopted in the deep well pump.Because the heat pump unit must ensure that the outlet temperature of the evaporator can not be too low under the heating condition, a temperature sensor is set on the backwater pipeline of the deep well pump, and the set temperature is tjH.

 

When the backwater temperature of the well source side is greater than tjH value, the deep well pump controller sends a signal to the frequency converter to reduce the current frequency, and the frequency converter will reduce the frequency of the input power supply, and the revolution of the deep well pump will be reduced accordingly, and the water supply of the pump, the shaft power and the motor input power will also be reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.When the backwater temperature of the water source side is lower than tjH value, the frequency increase is adjusted.
