There are many matters that require special attention during the actual use of stainless steel deep well submersible pumps. This article has partially summarized them for reference.
1. The specifications and performance of the stainless steel submersible water pump should conform to the actual usage conditions and should be checked carefully before use.
2. The inner diameter of the outlet pipe used with the QY submersible pump should match the caliber of the electric pump.
3. The power supply capacity should be above 5.5 kVA, three-phase, 380 volts, AC 50 Hz.
4. When the stainless well pump is powered or pumping water, do not wash, swim or work nearby, and do not allow animals to enter the water nearby to prevent electric shock and casualties in case of electric pump leakage.
5. The submersible pump must not pump water with a large sand content or muddy water.
6. If the stainless steel submersible sewage pump suddenly stops rotating, or the water volume suddenly decreases significantly, it must be stopped for inspection. The power must be cut off first, and then transported and disassembled.
7. The electric pump should be equipped with a motor protection switch (available in our factory). The operating current of the protection switch has been set and users are not allowed to change it by themselves.
8. It is not allowed to pull the cable of the electric pump with force at any time. Check the cable thoroughly during use and replace it with a new one if it is found to be damaged immediately before use.
9. Voltage fluctuation is allowed between 342~418 volts. If the electric pump is used far away from the power supply, the cross-sectional area of the wire should be appropriately thickened.
10. A yellow-green two-color core wire with a grounding mark in the lead-out cable must be grounded. If there is no fixed ground wire, a 2-meter metal rod can be used to bury it on the bank of a river or lake, next to a ditch or in moist soil as ground.
11. Before use, fill the inside of the motor with clean water.
12. Before operation, use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground in the cold state. The minimum should not be less than 5MΩ, otherwise it cannot be used and the moisture should be removed before use.
13. Before use, you can use available tools to check whether the impeller is flexible.
14. The electric pump must not be dehydrated. When the electric pump is working, pay attention to check that the water level drops, and do not allow the electric pump to operate exposed to the water. The submersible depth range of the electric pump is 0.5 to 3 meters.
15. The electric pump must not be sunk in the mud or placed horizontally. It is recommended that a bamboo basket or wire basket be used outside the electric pump to prevent aquatic plants and debris from clogging the pump impeller.
16. After the QY stainless steel submersible electric pump is started, if it is found that the water output is very small or no water is output, it means that the rotation direction of the electric pump is reversed. The power supply should be cut off, and the positions of any two phases of the three-phase core wires should be exchanged before driving.
