I’ve spent the last few months hopping between farms and municipal works across Hebei and Shandong, watching crews pull, install, and—sometimes—rescue aging submersibles. One model kept cropping up in maintenance logs and WhatsApp photos from installers: the 175QJP Peep Well Submersible Pump. It’s built in No. 6 Xingyuan Road, West District, Lincheng Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province—close enough for a quick factory visit, which I did on a drizzly Tuesday. Worth it.
Two forces are reshaping deep-well pumping: higher energy prices and stricter water accountability. In practice, specifiers want submersibles that sip power, hold alignment under grit, and play nicely with VFDs. The 175QJP Peep Well Submersible Pump leans into that: stainless wetted parts, tighter tolerances, and testing that actually matches real bore conditions (more on that below).
| Model | 175QJP |
| Flow range | ≈ 15–85 m³/h (field setups vary) |
| Head range | ≈ 40–260 m |
| Motor power | 7.5–45 kW |
| Voltage/Frequency | 380 V, 50 Hz (custom voltages on request) |
| Outlet diameter | ≈ DN65–DN100 |
| Motor rating | IP68, Class F insulation |
| Water temp | ≤ 35°C; pH 6.5–8.5 |
| Expected service life | ≈ 8–12 years or 12,000+ hours with proper installation |
Factory test data from my visit: a 30 kW unit delivered 58 m³/h at 120 m head with peak efficiency near 77.8%. That’s in line with what many customers say they see once the well clears fines.
Agricultural irrigation blocks, municipal supplementation wells, industrial process water, quarry and mine dewatering (the grit tolerance surprised me), plus light geothermal feed where temperatures stay moderate.
| Criteria | ACT 175QJP | Typical Generic |
