After installation, the insulation resistance and three-phase continuity should be rechecked to ensure the connection between the instrument and the starting equipment.If everything is normal, the machine can be tested. After starting, observe whether the readings of the instruments are correct. If the rated voltage and current beyond the nameplate, pay attention to whether the pump has noise or vibration.If everything is normal, it can be put into operation. After the first operation for four hours, the pump should be closed and the motor thermal insulation resistance test should be carried out quickly, and the value should not be less than 0.5 megaohm. After stopping the pump, it is necessary to restart it at an interval of five minutes to prevent the water column in the pipeline from completely reversing, causing excessive current and burning the motor. After normal operation, the power supply voltage, running current and insulation resistance should be checked regularly. If abnormal conditions are found, the machine should be stopped immediately to troubleshoot. When disassembling, it is necessary to untie the cable rope, remove the pipeline part, remove the line protection plate, and dry all the water in the motor cavity side by side. The disassembly sequence includes taking off the filter element, loosening the bolt of the coupling fixed to the motor shaft, unscrewing the bolt connecting the water inlet and the motor, separating the pump and the motor (pay attention to keeping the unit level when separating to avoid bending the pump shaft) and other steps. For motor disassembly, it is necessary to remove the nut, base, shaft head lock nut, thrust plate, key, lower guide, bearing seat, screw (pull rod screw), take out the rotor, and finally take out the connection part and upper guide bearing seat. When assembling the unit, it is necessary to clean the rust and dirt of each part, apply sealant and assemble in reverse order according to the disassembly. When running once a year or the operation time is less than one year but the immersion time is two years, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect in accordance with the provisions and replace the worn parts. Storage needs to empty the water in the motor cavity, pay attention to the anticorrosive wire mesh plate and tie the cable, stored in a room with a temperature below 40 DEG C and no corrosive substances and gases, and pay attention to rust prevention when not used for a long time.
