The pump motor core is made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel, which makes the pump more efficient, has good magnetic conductivity, and does not produce heat when starting frequently. The two ends of the motor rotor are covered with alloy copper sleeves as lubricant. Stainless steel sleeves replace ball bearings, avoiding the problem of easy rust of ball bearings and burnout caused by motor lack of oil wear. Most suitable for music fountains, all models can be used flat.

The product is powered by three-phase AC 380V power supply, 50HZ pump, suitable for water temperature is not higher than 20 °C, solid impurities content is not greater than 0.01%, PH value between 6.5-8.5, hydrogen sulfide content is not greater than 1.5mg/L, chloride ion content is not greater than 400mg/L water quality conditions. The product adopts closed or water-filled wet structure of the motor, before use the submersible motor chamber filled with clean water to prevent the occurrence of virtual filling. The submersible pump must be completely immersed in water operation, penetration depth shall not exceed 70 meters, to the bottom of the well distance shall not be less than 3 meters. The water flow in the well must meet the water requirements of the submersible pump and continuous operation, and the water output of the pump is controlled between 0.7-1.2 times the rated flow. The well should be vertical and the submersible pump can only be placed vertically, not horizontal or upside down. The submersible pump must be equipped with cables and external overload protection devices as required. It is strictly prohibited to conduct no-load test of the pump without water.

The pump parts of this product are mainly composed of pump shaft, impeller, shunt shell, rubber bearing, check valve body (optional) and other components. The motor part mainly includes base, pressure regulating diaphragm, thrust bearing, thrust plate, lower guide bearing seat, stator, rotor, upper guide bearing seat, sand ring, water inlet section, lead cable and other components. The product adopts water immersion wet three-phase asynchronous motor, the motor cavity is full of clean water, used to cool the motor and lubricate the bearing. The pressure regulating diaphragm set at the bottom of the motor is used to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the water inside the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. In order to prevent the sand particles from entering the motor, the upper end of the motor shaft extension is installed with two oil seals, and the sand ring is set to form a sand blocking structure. At the same time, in order to prevent the pump shaft from jumping when starting, the pump shaft is connected with the motor shaft through the coupling, and the bottom of the motor is equipped with a thrust bearing. The motor and pump bearing are lubricated by water. The stator winding of the motor adopts high quality submersible motor winding with high insulation performance. The pump design adopts computer CAD, with simple structure and good technical performance.
