Product Overview

The motor is filled with clean water, and the special wear-resistant sleeve with water as the medium (no grease and no pollution). The impeller group is made of stainless steel 304, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, suitable for extracting underground drinking water, fountains, seawater, and can also be used for beverage, food, petrochemical industry, marine fire

Conditions of Use

1, power supply: three-phase AC 380V (tolerance + / - 5%), 50HZ (tolerance + / - 1%).

2, water quality:

(1) water temperature is not higher than 20 °C;

(2) solid impurities content (mass ratio) is not greater than 0.01%;

(3) PH value (pH) 6.5-8.5;

(4) hydrogen sulfide content is not greater than 1.5mg/L;

(5) chloride ion content is not greater than 400mg/L.

3, the motor is closed or water-filled wet structure, before use the submersible motor cavity must be full of clean water, to prevent false full, and then tighten the water injection, air release bolts, otherwise not allowed to use

4, submersible pump must be completely submerged in the water, the diving depth is not greater than 70m, the bottom of the submersible pump from the bottom of the well is not less than 3m.

5, the well water flow should be able to meet the submersible pump water output and continuous operation, the submersible pump water output should be controlled at 0.7 - 1.2 times the rated flow.

6, the well should be straight, the submersible pump can not be used or dumped, only vertical use.

7, the submersible pump must be matched with the cable according to the requirements, and the external overload protection device.

8, the pump is strictly prohibited without water no-load test machine

Safety Precautions
  1. This well submersible pump is a clean water pump. It is strictly prohibited to pump sediment and turbid water in the well. The voltage grade of the pump is 380V/50Hz. Other submersible motors with different voltage grades need to be customized. Underground cables must be waterproof and equipped with starting equipment, such as distribution boxes, etc. The starting equipment should have common motor comprehensive protection functions, such as short circuit overload protection, dephase protection, undervoltage protection, grounding protection and no-load protection. In abnormal cases, the protection device should be tripped in time. During installation and use, the pump must be reliably grounded. It is prohibited to push and pull the switch under wet conditions. The power supply must be cut off before installation and maintenance of the pump. An obvious "avoid electric shock" sign must be set up where the pump is used. Before going down the well or installation, the motor must be filled with distilled water or non-corrosive clean cold water, and the water inlet and outlet bolts must be tightened. When testing the pump on the ground, water must be injected into the pump chamber to lubricate the rubber bearings. The instant start time shall not exceed one second to ensure the correct direction. Pay attention to safety when standing up to prevent the pump from toppling over and injuring people. 2, strictly according to the provisions of the pump lift, flow range of use, to prevent low flow or high lift pumping force, make thrust bearings and other parts of the wear, make the motor overload burned 3, after the pump down the well, the measurement of the motor insulation resistance to the ground should not be less than 100M, after the start to observe the voltage and current, check the motor winding insulation, whether it meets the requirements; pump storage location temperature if less than freezing point, should be dry the water in the motor cavity, prevent the motor cavity water ice damage caused by low temperature.

 

 
Maintenance and Maintenance
  • (1)After installation of the submersible pump, please recheck the insulation resistance and three-phase continuity at the switch, and check whether there is any error in the connection between the instrument and the starting equipment.If there is no problem, you can start to test the machine.After starting, please observe whether the indication reading of each instrument is correct.If the rated voltage and current specified on the nameplate are exceeded, please observe whether the pump has noise or vibration.If everything is normal, it can be put into operation.
  • (2)The pump should be closed after the first operation of four hours, and the thermal insulation resistance of the motor should be quickly tested, and its value should not be less than 0.5 megaohm.After the pump stops, it must be restarted at an interval of five minutes to prevent the water column in the pipeline from completely reversing the flow, which will cause the motor to burn out due to excessive current.
  • (3)After the pump is put into normal operation, in order to prolong its service life, it is necessary to check whether the supply voltage, working current and insulation resistance are normal regularly. If the following conditions are found, the machine should be stopped immediately to troubleshoot.
  •  
  • 1 In the rated working condition, the current exceeds 20%.
  • 2 The dynamic water level drops to the water inlet section, causing intermittent water.
  • 3 The submersible pump has severe vibration or noise.
  • 4 The supply voltage is lower than 340 volts.
  • 5 A fuse is burned out.
  • 6 The water supply pipe is damaged.
  • 7 The motor's insulation resistance to the geothermal state is lower than 0.5 megaohm.
  •  
  • (4)Unit disassembly:
  • 1 untie cable rope, remove the pipeline part, remove the wire plate.
  • 2 screw down the water bolt, put the water in the motor chamber.
  • 3 remove the filter, loose the fixed screw on the coupling to fix the motor shaft.
  • 4 screw down the bolt connecting the inlet junction with the motor, and separate the pump from the motor (pay attention to the unit cushion when separating, to prevent the bending of the pump shaft)
  • 5 the disassembly sequence of the pump is: (see figure 1) inlet junction, impeller, diversion shell, impeller...... check valve body, when removing the impeller, use special tools to loosen the conical sleeve of the fixed impeller first, and avoid bending and bruising of the pump shaft in the process of disassembly.
  • 6 the disassembly process of the motor is: (see figure 1) place the motor on the platform, and remove the nuts, base, shaft head locking nut, thrust plate, key, lower guide bearing seat and double head bolt from the bottom of the motor in turn, and then take out the rotor (pay attention not to damage the wire package) and finally remove the connecting section and upper guide bearing seat.
  • 7 unit assembly: before assembly, the rust and dirt of the parts should be cleaned, and the mating surface and fasteners coated with sealant, and then assembled in the reverse order of disassembly (the motor shaft moves up and down after assembly for about one millimeter), after assembly, the coupling should be flexible, and then the filter screen test machine. Submersible pumps shall be taken out of the well for dismantling and maintenance according to Article 5 after a year of operation, or less than a year of operation but two years of diving time, and the worn parts shall be replaced.

 

 
Storage and Custody

 1, put out the water in the motor cavity (especially in winter, in order to prevent the motor from freezing), and tie the cable well.

 2, stored in non corrosive substances, gas, temperature below 40 °C indoors.

 3, long-term use should pay attention to the submersible pump rust.
