This product is a three-phase AC 380V (tolerance ± 5%), 50HZ (tolerance ± 1%) power supply system, designed for strict water quality requirements. This kind of well submersible pump is a clean water pump. It is strictly prohibited to dig new wells and extract sediments and turbid water. The voltage grade of the well pump is 380/50HZ. The submersible motor with other voltage grades needs to be customized. Underground cables must be waterproof cables and must be equipped with starting equipment, such as distribution box, etc. The starting equipment should have common comprehensive motor protection functions, such as short circuit overload protection, phase loss protection, undervoltage protection, grounding protection and idling protection, etc., to prevent timely tripping when abnormal conditions occur. The pump must be reliably grounded during installation and use, and it is strictly prohibited to push and pull the switch when the hands and feet are wet. The power supply must be cut off before installation and maintenance of the pump. The place where the pump is used must be set up with obvious "anti-electric shock" marks. Before going down the well or installation, the motor must be filled with distilled water or non-corrosive clean cold water in the internal chamber, and the drain bolt must be fastened. When testing the pump on the ground, water must be injected into the pump chamber to lubricate the rubber bearings. The instantaneous start time shall not exceed one second to check whether the direction is correct, and the direction is the same as the direction indicator. When the pump is erected, pay attention to safety to prevent injury from tilting. Strictly in accordance with the provisions of the pump lift and flow range of use, to avoid the pump in the low flow when the large flow or in the high lift appears in the large pull, resulting in extreme wear of thrust bearings and other components, the motor overload and burn. After the pump into the well, the insulation resistance between the motor and the ground should be measured, not less than 100MΩ. After the start, regular observation of voltage and current, and check whether the motor winding insulation meets the requirements of the provisions. If the location temperature of the pump storage is below the freezing point, the water in the motor cavity should be drained, so as not to damage the motor in winter low temperature freezing.
- 1.Submersible pump installation is complete, re-check the insulation resistance and three-phase conduction from the switch, check the instrument and start the equipment connection error, if there is no problem, can start the trial, after the start of the instrument indicating readings whether more than the nameplate stipulated rated voltage and current, observe the pump noise and vibration phenomenon, everything is normal can be put into operation.
- 2.The first operation of the pump for four hours, should be shut down quickly test the thermal insulation resistance of the motor, the value should not be less than 0.5 megaohm.
- 3.After the pump shutdown, should be started after an interval of five minutes, to prevent the water column in the pipe has not completely reflux caused by excessive motor current and burnout.
- 4.After the pump into normal operation, in order to prolong its service life, to check the supply voltage, working current and insulation resistance is normal, if found the following situation, should immediately shut down troubleshooting.
1 in the rated condition, the current is more than 20%.
2 dynamic water level to the water inlet section, causing intermittent water.
3 submersible pump severe vibration or noise.
4 supply voltage is lower than 340 volts.
5 fuse burned out a phase.
6 water pipe damage.
7 motor to the thermal insulation resistance is less than 0.5 megaohm.
- 5.Unit disassembly:
1 untie cable tether, remove the pipeline part, remove the wire plate.
2 screw down the water bolt, put the water in the motor chamber.
3 remove the filter, loose the fixed screw on the coupling to fix the motor shaft.
4 screw down the bolt connecting the water inlet section with the motor, and separate the pump from the motor (pay attention to the unit cushion when separating, to prevent the bending of the pump shaft)
5 the disassembly sequence of the pump is: (see figure 1) water inlet section, impeller, diversion shell, impeller...... check valve body, when removing the impeller, use special tools to loosen the conical sleeve of the fixed impeller first, and avoid bending and bruising the pump shaft in the process of disassembly.
6 the disassembly process of the motor is: (see figure 1) place the motor on the platform, and remove the nuts, base, shaft head locking nut, thrust plate, key, lower guide bearing seat and double head bolt from the bottom of the motor in turn, and then take out the rotor (pay attention not to damage the wire package) and finally remove the connecting section and upper guide bearing seat.
7 unit assembly: before assembly, the rust and dirt of the parts should be cleaned, and the mating surface and fasteners coated with sealant, and then assembled in the opposite order of disassembly (the motor shaft moves up and down after assembly for about one millimeter), after assembly, the coupling should be flexible, and then the filter screen test machine. Submersible pumps shall be taken out of the well for dismantling and maintenance according to Article 5 after a year of operation, or less than a year of operation but two years of diving time, and the worn parts shall be replaced.
