This kind of well submersible pump is a clean water pump. It is strictly prohibited to dig new wells and extract sediments and turbid water. The voltage grade of the well pump is 380/50HZ. The submersible motor with other voltage grades needs to be customized. Underground cables must be waterproof cables and must be equipped with starting equipment, such as distribution box, etc. The starting equipment should have common comprehensive motor protection functions, such as short circuit overload protection, phase loss protection, undervoltage protection, grounding protection and idling protection, etc., to prevent timely tripping when abnormal conditions occur. The pump must be reliably grounded during installation and use, and it is strictly prohibited to push and pull the switch when the hands and feet are wet. The power supply must be cut off before installation and maintenance of the pump. The place where the pump is used must be set up with obvious "anti-electric shock" marks. Before going down the well or installation, the motor must be filled with distilled water or non-corrosive clean cold water in the internal chamber, and the drain bolt must be fastened. When testing the pump on the ground, water must be injected into the pump chamber to lubricate the rubber bearings. The instantaneous start time shall not exceed one second to check whether the direction is correct, and the direction is the same as the direction indicator. When the pump is erected, pay attention to safety to prevent injury from tilting. Strictly in accordance with the provisions of the pump lift and flow range of use, to avoid the pump in the low flow when the large flow or in the high lift appears in the large pull, resulting in extreme wear of thrust bearings and other components, the motor overload and burn. After the pump into the well, the insulation resistance between the motor and the ground should be measured, not less than 100MΩ. After the start, regular observation of voltage and current, and check whether the motor winding insulation meets the requirements of the provisions. If the location temperature of the pump storage is below the freezing point, the water in the motor cavity should be drained, so as not to damage the motor in winter low temperature freezing.

- 2. Operasi pertama pam selama empat jam, hendaklah ditutup dengan cepat menguji rintangan penebat haba motor, nilainya tidak boleh kurang daripada 0.5 megaohm.
- 3. Selepas penutupan pam, hendaklah dimulakan selepas selang lima minit, untuk mengelakkan lajur air dalam paip tidak refluks sepenuhnya disebabkan oleh arus motor yang berlebihan dan keletihan.
- 4. Selepas pam ke dalam operasi biasa, untuk memanjangkan hayat perkhidmatannya, untuk memeriksa voltan bekalan, arus kerja dan rintangan penebat adalah normal, jika mendapati situasi berikut, harus segera menutup penyelesaian masalah.
1 dalam keadaan undian, arus lebih daripada 20%.
2 aras air dinamik ke bahagian salur masuk air, menyebabkan air terputus-putus.

- 5. Unit pembongkaran:
1 buka ikatan kabel, tanggalkan bahagian saluran paip, tanggalkan plat wayar.
2 skru ke bawah bolt air, masukkan air ke dalam ruang motor.
3 keluarkan penapis, longgarkan skru tetap pada gandingan untuk menetapkan aci motor.
4 skru ke bawah bolt yang menyambungkan bahagian salur masuk air dengan motor, dan pisahkan pam daripada motor (perhatikan kusyen unit semasa memisahkan, untuk mengelakkan lenturan aci pam)
5 urutan pembongkaran pam ialah: (lihat rajah 1) bahagian salur masuk air, pendesak, cangkerang lencongan, pendesak...... badan injap semak, apabila mengeluarkan pendesak, gunakan alat khas untuk melonggarkan lengan kon tetap pendesak terlebih dahulu, dan elakkan lenturan dan lebam aci pam semasa proses pembongkaran.
6 proses pembongkaran motor ialah: (lihat rajah 1) letakkan motor pada platform, dan tanggalkan nat, tapak, nat pengunci kepala aci, plat tujah, kunci, tempat duduk galas pemandu bawah dan bolt kepala dua dari bahagian bawah motor pula, dan kemudian keluarkan pemutar (perhatikan untuk tidak merosakkan pakej wayar) dan akhirnya keluarkan bahagian penyambung dan tempat duduk galas panduan atas.
7 unit pemasangan: sebelum pemasangan, karat dan kotoran bahagian hendaklah dibersihkan, dan permukaan mengawan dan pengikat disalut dengan sealant, dan kemudian dipasang dalam susunan yang bertentangan dengan pembongkaran (aci motor bergerak ke atas dan ke bawah selepas pemasangan selama kira-kira satu milimeter), selepas pemasangan, gandingan hendaklah fleksibel, dan kemudian mesin ujian skrin penapis.
