This kind of well submersible pump is a clean water pump. It is strictly prohibited to dig new wells and extract sediments and turbid water. The voltage grade of the well pump is 380/50HZ. The submersible motor with other voltage grades needs to be customized. Underground cables must be waterproof cables and must be equipped with starting equipment, such as distribution box, etc. The starting equipment should have common comprehensive motor protection functions, such as short circuit overload protection, phase loss protection, undervoltage protection, grounding protection and idling protection, etc., to prevent timely tripping when abnormal conditions occur. The pump must be reliably grounded during installation and use, and it is strictly prohibited to push and pull the switch when the hands and feet are wet. The power supply must be cut off before installation and maintenance of the pump. The place where the pump is used must be set up with obvious "anti-electric shock" marks. Before going down the well or installation, the motor must be filled with distilled water or non-corrosive clean cold water in the internal chamber, and the drain bolt must be fastened. When testing the pump on the ground, water must be injected into the pump chamber to lubricate the rubber bearings. The instantaneous start time shall not exceed one second to check whether the direction is correct, and the direction is the same as the direction indicator. When the pump is erected, pay attention to safety to prevent injury from tilting. Strictly in accordance with the provisions of the pump lift and flow range of use, to avoid the pump in the low flow when the large flow or in the high lift appears in the large pull, resulting in extreme wear of thrust bearings and other components, the motor overload and burn. After the pump into the well, the insulation resistance between the motor and the ground should be measured, not less than 100MΩ. After the start, regular observation of voltage and current, and check whether the motor winding insulation meets the requirements of the provisions. If the location temperature of the pump storage is below the freezing point, the water in the motor cavity should be drained, so as not to damage the motor in winter low temperature freezing.
- 1. - 3. Nakon isključivanja crpke, treba je pokrenuti nakon intervala od pet minuta, kako bi se spriječilo da vodeni stupac u cijevi nije potpuno refluksiran zbog prekomjerne struje motora i pregorjevanja.
- 4. Nakon što je crpka u normalnom radu, kako bi se produljio njezin životni vijek, provjerite je li napon napajanja, radna struja i otpor izolacije normalan, ako se pronađe sljedeća situacija, treba odmah zatvoriti otklanjanje poteškoća.

- 5. Rastavljanje jedinice:

6 postupak rastavljanja motora je: (pogledajte sliku 1) postavite motor na platformu i uklonite matice, bazu, sigurnosnu maticu glave vratila, potisnu ploču, ključ, donje ležište ležaja vodilice i vijak s dvostrukom glavom s dna motor zauzvrat, a zatim izvadite rotor (pazite da ne oštetite paket žice) i na kraju uklonite spojni dio i gornje ležište vodilice.
7 montaža jedinice: prije montaže potrebno je očistiti hrđu i prljavštinu dijelova, a spojnu površinu i pričvršćivače premazati brtvilom, a zatim sastaviti redoslijedom obrnutim od rastavljanja (osovina motora se pomiče gore-dolje nakon montaže otprilike jedan milimetar), nakon sastavljanja, spojka bi trebala biti fleksibilna, a zatim stroj za ispitivanje sita filtera. Potopne pumpe treba izvaditi iz bušotine radi rastavljanja i održavanja u skladu s člankom 5. nakon godinu dana rada, ili manje od godinu dana rada, ali dvije godine ronjenja, a istrošeni dijelovi moraju se zamijeniti.
