This product is a three-phase AC 380V (tolerance ± 5%), 50HZ (tolerance ± 1%) power supply system, designed for strict water quality requirements. The product is suitable for water temperature not higher than 20 °C, solid impurities content (mass ratio) is not greater than 0.01%, PH value (pH) between 6.5-8.5, hydrogen sulfide content is not greater than 1.5mg/L, chloride ion content is not greater than 400mg/L environment. This product is equipped with a closed or water-filled wet structure motor, before use must be submersible motor inner cavity filled with clean water to prevent false full, and then tighten the water and air bolts, otherwise not to use. The submersible pump must be completely immersed in water to work, penetration depth shall not exceed 70 meters, the distance from the bottom of the pump to the bottom of the well shall not be less than 3 meters. This kind of well submersible pump is a clean water pump. It is strictly prohibited to dig new wells and extract sediments and turbid water. The voltage grade of the well pump is 380/50HZ. The submersible motor with other voltage grades needs to be customized. Underground cables must be waterproof cables and must be equipped with starting equipment, such as distribution box, etc. The starting equipment should have common comprehensive motor protection functions, such as short circuit overload protection, phase loss protection, undervoltage protection, grounding protection and idling protection, etc., to prevent timely tripping when abnormal conditions occur. The pump must be reliably grounded during installation and use, and it is strictly prohibited to push and pull the switch when the hands and feet are wet. The power supply must be cut off before installation and maintenance of the pump. The place where the pump is used must be set up with obvious "anti-electric shock" marks. Before going down the well or installation, the motor must be filled with distilled water or non-corrosive clean cold water in the internal chamber, and the drain bolt must be fastened. When testing the pump on the ground, water must be injected into the pump chamber to lubricate the rubber bearings. The instantaneous start time shall not exceed one second to check whether the direction is correct, and the direction is the same as the direction indicator. When the pump is erected, pay attention to safety to prevent injury from tilting. Strictly in accordance with the provisions of the pump lift and flow range of use, to avoid the pump in the low flow when the large flow or in the high lift appears in the large pull, resulting in extreme wear of thrust bearings and other components, the motor overload and burn. After the pump into the well, the insulation resistance between the motor and the ground should be measured, not less than 100MΩ. After the start, regular observation of voltage and current, and check whether the motor winding insulation meets the requirements of the provisions. If the location temperature of the pump storage is below the freezing point, the water in the motor cavity should be drained, so as not to damage the motor in winter low temperature freezing.
- 1. Installation af dykpumpe er afsluttet, tjek igen isolationsmodstanden og trefaset ledning fra kontakten, tjek instrumentet og start udstyrsforbindelsesfejlen, hvis der ikke er noget problem, kan du starte forsøget efter starten af instrumentet angiver aflæsninger, om mere end navneskiltet foreskrev nominel spænding og strøm, observer pumpens støj og vibrationsfænomen, alt er normalt kan sættes i drift.
- 2.Den første drift af pumpen i fire timer, bør lukkes ned hurtigt test den termiske isolationsmodstand af motoren, bør værdien ikke være mindre end 0,5 megaohm.
- 3. Efter nedlukning af pumpen, bør den startes efter et interval på fem minutter, for at forhindre, at vandsøjlen i røret ikke har fuldstændig tilbagesvaling forårsaget af for stor motorstrøm og udbrænding.
- 4. Efter pumpen i normal drift, for at forlænge dens levetid, for at kontrollere forsyningsspændingen, arbejdsstrøm og isolationsmodstand er normal, hvis fundet følgende situation, bør straks lukke fejlfinding.
1 i den nominelle tilstand er strømmen mere end 20 %.
2 dynamisk vandstand til vandindløbssektionen, hvilket forårsager intermitterende vand.
3 dykpumpe kraftige vibrationer eller støj.
4 forsyningsspændingen er lavere end 340 volt.
5 sikringer brændte en fase ud.
6 vandrørskader.
7 motor til den termiske isolationsmodstand er mindre end 0,5 megaohm.
- 5. Demontering af enhed:
1 løs kabelbinding, fjern rørledningsdelen, fjern trådpladen.
2 skru vandbolten ned, læg vandet i motorkammeret.
3 fjern filteret, løsn den faste skrue på koblingen for at fastgøre motorakslen.
4 skru bolten ned, der forbinder vandindløbssektionen med motoren, og adskil pumpen fra motoren (vær opmærksom på enhedens pude ved adskillelse for at forhindre bøjning af pumpeakslen)
5 pumpens demonteringssekvens er: (se figur 1) vandindløbssektion, pumpehjul, afledningsskal, pumpehjul...... kontraventilhus, når pumpehjulet fjernes, brug specialværktøj til at løsne den koniske muffe på den faste pumpehjulet først, og undgå at bøje og knuse pumpeakslen under adskillelsesprocessen.
6 adskillelsesprocessen af motoren er: (se figur 1) anbring motoren på platformen, og fjern møtrikker, bund, akselhovedets låsemøtrik, trykplade, nøgle, nederste styrelejesæde og dobbelthovedbolt fra bunden af motoren igen, og tag derefter rotoren ud (vær opmærksom på ikke at beskadige wirepakken) og fjern til sidst forbindelsessektionen og det øverste styrelejesæde.
7 enhedsmontering: før montering skal delenes rust og snavs rengøres, og sammenkoblingsoverfladen og fastgørelsesanordninger belægges med tætningsmiddel og derefter samles i den modsatte rækkefølge af demontering (motorakslen bevæger sig op og ned efter montering i ca. millimeter), efter montering skal koblingen være fleksibel, og derefter filterskærmtestmaskinen. Dykpumper skal tages ud af brønden til demontering og vedligeholdelse i henhold til artikel 5 efter et års drift eller mindre end et års drift, men to års dykningstid, og de slidte dele skal udskiftes.
